After many requests, we have finally adapted the award winning doorstop design into a bookend! The stainless steel plate that is fixed to his foot, ensures that any number of books can be lean against James' outstretched arm without him slipping over. He can be used individually or as a pair. We want to show that ‘designed’ products can be made affordable without compromising their quality. The aim is to create innovative products that will charm and entertain. Hopefully you will get as much enjoyment from a black+blum product, as we got from designing them.
